Humbling Experiences

Here we are anchored next to this lovely lighthouse at Sea Hill Point. A very comfortable anchorage resulting in a sound sleep. In fact we slept so soundly that we did not notice we were dragging anchor and when we woke we found ourselves 1 mile up and around the corner from where we had originally anchored. We even passed another yacht on our way. Mental note: If in doubt let out more chain and always use the anchor alarm feature of the gps. Once we ascertained what had happened and that there appeared to be no damaged we looked around to see if anyone was watching, started our motor, up anchored and continued on our journey.
